Jay's Javascript Arcade (“the Arcade”, “we”) is a collection of browser games with shared player accounts, profiles, and social features. This policy covers the website at factory.jayarcade.com and our mobile apps, including Tactical Arena on Google Play.
The short version: we collect the account details you give us and the records of what you do in our games. We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and there are no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in our apps. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
1. Who is responsible
The Arcade is operated by an independent developer. For any privacy question, data request, or complaint, contact leojaylorona@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — your email address and a password. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash; we never see or store the password itself.
- Profile information — display name, optional real name, tagline, biography, links you choose to add, and your chosen favourite game.
- Images you upload — avatar, profile background, and gallery photos.
- Content you post — status updates, comments, reactions, and direct messages to other players.
Information created by playing
- Game records — match results, campaign progress, competitive rating and rank, per-unit statistics, badges earned, and play sessions.
- Relationships — your friends, friend requests, blocks, and who you have played with.
- Purchases and entitlements — which items you own, your in-game currency balance, and a record of each purchase.
Technical information
- Your IP address is processed transiently to apply rate limits and to block abuse. It is held in memory only and is not written to our database or to a log we retain.
- A session token is stored in your browser or app so you stay signed in.
What we do not collect
- No advertising identifiers, and no advertising SDKs.
- No third-party analytics or behavioural tracking.
- No location data.
- No contacts, camera, or microphone access.
- No payment card details. Card data goes directly to our payment providers and never reaches our servers.
3. Why we use it
- To create your account and sign you in.
- To run multiplayer matches, leaderboards, and competitive rankings.
- To show your public profile and the social features you choose to use.
- To deliver and protect the items you have bought.
- To send you account emails, such as a password reset. We do not send marketing email.
- To prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse.
4. What other people can see
The Arcade is a social platform, so some information is public by design. Your display name, avatar, profile background, tagline, biography, links, gallery photos, status posts, comments, reactions, badges, competitive rank, and match history are visible to other players.
Your email address is never shown to other players. Direct messages are visible only to you and the person you sent them to.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We use the following service providers, each of which processes data only to provide their service to us:
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Railway | Hosting and database | All account and gameplay data |
| Cloudinary | Image hosting | Images you upload |
| Stripe | Payments on the web | Payment details, handled by Stripe directly |
| Google Play | Payments in the Android app | Payment details, handled by Google directly |
| Resend | Account email delivery | Your email address |
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
6. Payments
Purchases on the web are processed by Stripe; purchases in the Android app are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded and a reference for it, so we can grant your item and handle refunds. We never receive or store your card number.
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Contact us if a purchase did not deliver what it should have.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Purchase records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and refund purposes, even after account deletion, because we are required to be able to account for transactions.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, uploaded images, posts, comments, messages, friend relationships, and gameplay records.
You can also email leojaylorona@gmail.com to request deletion, a copy of your data, or a correction. We will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data — including access, correction, deletion, portability, and objecting to processing. The contact address above is how to exercise any of them.
9. Children
The Arcade is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our games include social features — public profiles, chat, and user-posted content — that are not intended for young children.
If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact leojaylorona@gmail.com and we will delete it.
10. Security
All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Sessions are signed tokens that can be revoked. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat account and purchase data as the things most worth protecting.
11. Where your data is held
Our servers and service providers may process and store data outside your country, including in the United States. By using the Arcade you accept that your data may be transferred and processed there.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you in the app or by email.
